System Engineer – Database Infrastructure

We are looking for a System Engineer specializing in Database Infrastructure to join one of Israel’s leading healthcare organizations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with strong expertise in SQL Server environments and proven application-level experience.

• Manage and maintain database infrastructures with a focus on SQL Server.
• Design and develop databases and data solutions.
• Write, analyze, and optimize T-SQL queries.
• Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain SSIS / SSRS processes.
• Manage replication processes and high-availability environments (Always On).
• Work within a large-scale, multi-server environment (100+ servers / 1000+ clients).

• At least 6 years of experience as a database infrastructure engineer (SQL Server focus).
• Knowledge and experience with Linux/UNIX – an advantage.
• Experience with MongoDB – an advantage.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours (including on-call rotations).
• Strong understanding of data architecture and design.
• Team player with excellent communication and service orientation.
• Ability to learn independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
