A young and promising FinTech startup developing a financial management tool for large companies.
The company recently completed a successful funding round. Its technology aggregates data from multiple sources (ERP systems, banks, etc.) to generate accurate cash flow forecasts, helping CFOs gain a clear view of their cash position.
Based in Tel Aviv (near the light rail and about 20 minutes’ walk from the train station)
Offers 1 day of remote work per week
The company has 26 employees, an active product, and existing clients.
The role includes:
- Managing a team of 3 developers (with potential for team expansion)
- Hands-on development (~50% of the role) in Python
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing a development team
- Experience in Python development
- Experience with event-driven systems (e.g., Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Proficiency with AI tools
- Familiarity with DevOps tools – advantage
- Experience with payment systems or money transfer platforms – advantage
