On site | Full time | Matam, Haifa
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize both upstream and downstream cell-based processes in bioreactors.
- Scale-up & Tech-transfer processes into our GMP suites.
- Author & review protocols, batch records, SOPs, and technical reports to GMP standards.
- Characterize product quality via Flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, and related assays.
- Drive data-driven decisions
Job Requirements
- MSc (biotechnology /biochemistry/biomedical engineering) +≥ 3 years industrial PD experience or PhD with relevant research experience with mammalian cell culture.
- Solid command of data analysis, statistical tools, and strong Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience in bioanalytical techniques such as Flow Cytometry, ELISA, and qPCR – a plus.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluent English – scientific reading, writing, and speaking.
