Full Stack Engineer

A Startup Company in the AdTech domain is developing an advanced AI-driven platform designed to optimize and manage marketing campaigns.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, near the train line, with work from office arrangement.

The role involves full ownership of the company’s AI domain end-to-end – from shaping the vision to hands-on development and implementation. Responsibilities include leading all stages of the project (Planning - Development - Implementation), working closely with company leadership, product, and marketing teams, and building a future AI team under your leadership.

The tech stack includes Python / Node.js / Java, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, NLP, LangChain, and Vector Databases.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in development with Python / Node.js / Java
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, Prompt Engineering, NLP, LangChain, and Vector Databases
• Proven experience implementing models using OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks
• Experience building AI Agents from scratch
