We’re looking for a hands-on CRM professional who knows how to translate business needs into smart system solutions — from analysis and design all the way to implementation and user adoption.

About the Role

• Analyze business processes and define CRM requirements
• Implement, customize, and optimize CRM solutions across departments
• Train and support end users, ensuring smooth adoption
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve workflows
• Lead small-scale CRM projects and process improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM implementation and customization (Salesforce / Dynamics / Priority or similar)
• Strong business understanding in sales, marketing, or customer service processes
• Experience managing or mentoring others — an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ownership of delivery
