Position: Social Media & Marketing Projects Manager

Job Description:

The primary goal of this position is to manage and lead all social media and digital marketing activities of a leading law firm — including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for all digital platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and the firm’s website.
• Project management: Lead and coordinate marketing projects such as the Alumni Club, NEXT GEN program, and other strategic initiatives.
• Cross-department collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and firm partners to create marketing materials, assist in preparing presentations and reports, and edit marketing content.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field — mandatory (Master’s degree — advantage).
• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing or a similar role — mandatory.
• Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Marketing expertise: Experience in brand promotion and the development of targeted marketing strategies. Familiarity with digital and social media tools and platforms.
• Analytical skills: Ability to collect and analyze data and derive business insights that support business development goals.
• Language skills: High-level English (spoken and written), including business and marketing writing.
• Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, including collaboration with clients and business partners.

Additional Skills:

• Strong command of social media management.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Design and video editing abilities — advantage.

Position Details:
