Plant Manager – Electronics Manufacturing

A leading industrial company is seeking a Plant Manager to lead its electronics manufacturing site in Holon.

This is a key operational role, responsible for overseeing all manufacturing and supply activities, ensuring timely, high-quality, and efficient production delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Overall management of the Holon manufacturing site, including production, quality, safety, supply chain, maintenance, engineering, and operational excellence.
• Lead, guide, and develop the site’s team to ensure execution of production and delivery plans according to quality and timeline goals.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor detailed production and assembly activities, including logistical support for the production floor.
• Coordinate daily with supply chain, project managers, material management, and central planning departments.
• Implement and continuously improve operational processes (work orders, line throughput, delivery schedules, KPIs).
• Ensure high standards of work quality, safety, and compliance across all site operations.
• Oversee plant infrastructure, including investment plans, maintenance, and calibration programs.
• Manage performance tracking and reporting – production KPIs, material risks, capacity balancing, and bottleneck analysis.
• Support cross-functional projects based on plant operations.
• Execute the operational and sales strategy while meeting production and delivery targets.
• Lead and mentor team leaders and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or relevant technical field.
• At least 5 years of management experience in a complex manufacturing environment involving multiple technologies and products.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience in a global company – an advantage.
• Strong understanding of production planning, supply management, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic yet detail-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and process improvement abilities.
