Technological Project Manager

IAI’s Malat Technologies Plant, part of the Military Aircraft Division, is seeking a Technological Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex production and development transition processes within the plant.

The position involves full responsibility for project execution — from procurement initiation through manufacturing and delivery — ensuring adherence to milestones, schedules, and budgets.

The position includes:

• Overall responsibility for managing the operational chain within the Malat Technologies Plant to ensure compliance with project milestones, schedule, and budget

• Responsibility for meeting production milestones, from procurement initiation and manufacturing preparation to final customer delivery

• Leading and managing the plant’s operational IPT (Integrated Project Team), including platform engineering, station engineering, production engineering, planning and control (PPC), procurement, quality management, and in-house or on-site subcontractors

• Serving as the plant’s production POC (Point of Contact) for the business project management team

• Leading and consolidating price quotation processes within the plant, in coordination with the business directorate

• Building, managing, and monitoring production work plans and ensuring alignment between planning and execution

• Managing and controlling the project budget within the Malat Technologies Plant

• Representing the plant in business IPT meetings and cross-functional project reviews

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – required

• 3–5 years of experience managing projects involving supply chain management, procurement, and transition from development to production – required

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools – required

• Experience working with MS Project – required

• Familiarity with SAP systems – advantage

• Experience in BI systems specification and analysis – advantage
