CTO - Fullstack Engineer

MaxiWise is an AI-powered personal finance platform that helps people take control of their money with ease. Backed by strong market research and strategic planning, we are now moving toward building our MVP.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Co-Founder / Founding Engineer with an entrepreneurial mindset to join us in building the platform from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the product, selecting the tech stack, and driving the technological vision of the company.

This role is equity-based at this stage, with the potential for future salary upon securing funding. The position is hybrid, ideally based in Israel, but remote collaboration is also an option.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Lead the development of the MVP, both frontend and backend
• Collaborate on architecture, data design, and AI feature integration
• Work closely with the founder on product iterations and user feedback
• Participate in investor pitches and long-term planning

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Experience in Full-Stack Development
• Ability to build products from scratch
• Experience with AI integration
• Experience with financial technologies — a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in joining a startup as a co-founder
• Fluent in English & Hebrew
