Civil / Geotechnical Engineer

An international, dynamic company in the geotechnical field, providing unique and proven engineering solutions for soil stabilization, is looking for a Civil Engineer / Geotechnical Engineer to join the Engineering Department.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil / Geotechnical Engineer based in Tel Aviv District, Israel.

The role focuses on design work integrating PRS technology, with an emphasis on pavements, railways, roads, and airport structures, as well as retaining walls and other civil infrastructure applications.

It includes office-based design work, providing engineering support to customers, and maintaining direct communication with leading engineering firms in Israel and worldwide, as well as with governmental organizations such as Netivei Israel, the UN and others.

Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with multiple departments across the company, including Business Development, Marketing, and Sales to support ongoing activities and drive growth.

The position also includes field visits to engineering offices and project sites.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing technical reports, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring projects comply with relevant standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Civil / Road / Geotechnical Engineer - Mandatory
• High proficiency in computer applications and technology
• High-level English - Mandatory
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in delivering technical/engineering training - advantage
