Salesforce Team Lead

ERP Logic is expanding, and we’re looking for a certified Salesforce Team Lead to join our professional team and take part in exciting and challenging projects.

Role Description

• Implement and configure Salesforce modules, with a strong focus on Sales and Service.
• Analyze business processes and customize the platform to meet client needs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Lead projects from the specification phase through implementation and go-live.
• Collaborate within a professional team while managing your own tasks independently.
• Lead and mentor a Salesforce team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Official Salesforce Certification is a must.
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Lead and Project Manager.
• Expertise in complex automations and Flows.
• Proven leadership and project delivery experience.
• Advantage: experience in projects within large organizations.

Technical Skills & Tools:

• Expertise in Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

Experience with:

• Experience Cloud
• Form Titan
• Marketing Cloud
• WhatsApp
• Inspector
• Agentforce

Strong experience in designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and external organizational systems.
