🚀 We’re hiring a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Herzliya, Israel 🇮🇱

An established B2C Immigration & Visa company with over a decade of global operations is looking for a strategic and results-driven CMO to lead its international marketing activities.

What you’ll do:

🔹 Build and execute a global marketing strategy across digital channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, SEO, Email, Content)

🔹 Lead and mentor a talented in-house team of PPC, SEO, and creative professionals

🔹 Manage and optimize a $150K monthly marketing budget with full ROI accountability

🔹 Drive acquisition, retention, and LTV growth through testing and performance analytics

🔹 Collaborate closely with product, tech, and operations teams

What we’re looking for:

✅ 5+ years of experience in digital marketing leadership (B2C focus)

✅ Proven success managing large budgets and high-performing teams

✅ Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and analytics tools

✅ Fluent English – a must

✅ Experience in international, multilingual environments
