As we continue to grow globally, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and fashion-savvy Order Operation Manager to ensure every bridal gown order meets the highest standards of quality and precision.

Role Overview

This key role acts as the bridge between Sales and Production, ensuring that each made-to-order gown is translated accurately from boutique selection to the atelier’s production floor. Accuracy, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of couture garment construction are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve incoming bridal gown orders from global boutiques
• Translate and adapt order details from English to Hebrew with full accuracy
• Ensure all technical details (measurements, alterations, fabrics, trims, fittings, etc.) are clearly communicated to production
• Serve as the main liaison between Sales Managers and Production team
• Track order progress and coordinate clarifications or updates between departments
• Maintain order documentation and ensure deadlines and standards are consistently met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field, or equivalent industry experience
• Strong technical knowledge of fashion and garment construction
• Fluent English (spoken and written), with ability to read and translate technical fashion terminology
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
