We’re looking for a Compliance Legal Counsel to join our global Legal team and play a key role in driving compliance, integrity, and corporate governance across Check Point’s worldwide operations.
In this role, you’ll develop and implement global compliance programs, advise management on complex regulatory requirements, and ensure our operations meet the highest legal and ethical standards - particularly those related to publicly traded companies and cybersecurity.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams around the world, lead global initiatives, and help shape Check Point’s compliance culture and strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Design, implement, and monitor compliance programs and internal policies.
- Provide legal guidance on global regulations and corporate governance.
- Partner with internal teams to embed compliance into day-to-day operations.
- Track regulatory developments and ensure business alignment.
What we’re looking for:
- Israeli certified lawyer with 3+ years of experience in compliance, preferably in a global tech or cybersecurity company.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for public companies.
- Proven ability to lead compliance initiatives and drive cross-company adoption.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, with strong legal drafting skills.
