Information Technology Implementation

Core Role and Key Responsibilities:

The role emphasizes the analysis, development, and implementation of new systemic requirements and needs originating from various business units, with a special focus on solutions for digital forms, as well as systems for managing files and contracts.

Main Activities:

• Project Leadership: Management and leadership of systemic changes, improvements, and projects, engaging with end-users and development teams.
• Ongoing Support: Providing responsive answers and support to users, as well as identifying and resolving systemic faults in real-time.
• Work Interfaces: Coordinating work and maintaining continuous and effective relationships with external vendors, IT Project Managers, and internal clients.

Technological Understanding and Experience (A clear advantage):

• Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript – a significant advantage.
• Prior experience working with databases and performing queries using SQL.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages.
• In-depth understanding of UX/UI principles, with an emphasis on designing a successful user experience for digital forms.
