Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in CS/EE, or a related field
• Strong foundation in AI/ML
• Hands on experience: generative models (transformers, diffusion)
• Applied experience in speech signals
• Proven builder with an entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct applied research in the Speech AI domain
• Analyze performance, complex behaviors, continuously improve robustness in real-world conditions
• Rapidly execute zero-to-one projects while maintaining high engineering standards
• Collaborate directly with the CTO
