What You’ll Do

• Drive seasonal RTW collections from concept to delivery
• Spot global fashion trends and translate them into commercially successful products
• Collaborate closely with design, production, and retail teams
• Balance creativity with business growth, ensuring collections align with the Galia Lahav brand vision

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of fashion management experience (luxury/premium RTW a big plus)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Passion for fashion with a sharp eye for trends
• Ability to merge creative vision with commercial strategy
