Vice President Sales Marketing

A boutique real estate company experiencing impressive growth, specializing in luxury residential projects, is recruiting a VP of Marketing and Sales for a key strategic leadership role.

About the Role:

This position involves full responsibility for developing the company’s marketing strategy and leading its business activities — from branding and strategic planning to hands-on implementation.

The primary focus is on marketing, strategy, and building a strong market presence, with some involvement in sales and negotiation in selected cases.

The role combines creative thinking with a deep understanding of the market and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies.
• Manage all marketing operations, digital presence, and social media (hands-on).
