Bookkeeper Level 3 JB-4507

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities related to accounts payable, including reviewing and processing payments to suppliers and credit card reconciliation.
• Responsible for several bank accounts including reconciliation and controls
• Record daily financial transactions including closing entries
• Conduct monthly account reconciliation as well as intercompany transactions
• Review and control reimbursement of employees' expenses
• Responsible for TAX and Authorities reports
• Apply cash receipts and investigate unidentified payments and balances
• Prepare forecast cash-flow

Requirements:

• Certified bookkeeper (Level 3) - a must.
• At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping - a must.
• Experience working with Priority - a must.
• Excellent Excel skills – a must.
• Experience in Hi-Tech companies – an advantage
• Certified payroll accountant - an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and analytical capabilities
