The role: With the company’s rapid growth and expanding business operations, they are now seeking an AI Specialist/ Expert to join the company. The AI Specialist will act as an internal AI expert and point of expertise, developing AI solutions to optimize workflows, drive automation and improve business processes across the international organization, working directly with the CIO.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models to support business intelligence and automation.
• Utilize techniques such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics for advanced insights.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define AI and data-related requirements.
• Develop and maintain data models to support analytics and AI applications.
• Implement AI-driven automation to streamline IT and business workflows.
• Integrate AI models with existing BI platforms (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau).
• Embed AI capabilities into business applications in collaboration with IT and software teams.
• Monitor and improve AI model performance, ensuring efficient resource use.
• Apply security and ethical AI practices in compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on AI/ML tools and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software development roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database systems.
• Experience in developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models.
• Understanding of cloud-based AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Google AI).
• Knowledge of data engineering, ETL processes, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication abilities.
• Preferred: experience with ITIL/ISO standards, BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI), AI ethics, and DevOps/MLOps practices.
