We’re looking for a Banking Support Specialist for a leading financial institution in Rishon Lezion.

What will you do?

🔹 Handle end-to-end service requests and incidents while providing high-quality support to bank units and customers

🔹 Support banking and operational workflows in branch systems

🔹 Update data in a production environment (DPT)

🔹 Collaborate with internal and external clients and deliver professional solutions

What are we looking for?

✅ At least 5 years of experience working in a bank branch – must

✅ Solid understanding of banking workflows (advantage: experience in Digital / Forex / SME / Credit)

✅ Strong customer service orientation and team-player attitude

✅ Full proficiency in Microsoft Office

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

🎓 Academic background – an advantage
