We’re looking for an Economist to join our dynamic finance team and play a key role in driving data-based decision-making across the organization.

• Conduct financial analyses, build forecasts, and generate insights to support strategic decisions
• Lead pricing processes, overhead reports, and cost structure reviews
• Manage cash flow with a focus on outsourced workforce payments
• Lead cross-organizational projects to improve and implement smart processes
• Collaborate closely with senior management, Finance, and HR teams

• B.A. in Economics – mandatory (M.A. – advantage)
• Previous experience in a similar role – advantage
• Strong analytical skills and experience with cost and overhead reporting
• Proven experience managing cash flow and contractor payments
• Advanced Excel and BI tools proficiency – must
