Digital Project Manager

We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead global digital initiatives and coordinate between marketing, design, development, and content teams. The role includes managing website projects, ongoing maintenance, and driving digital processes across markets.

What you’ll do:

• Define and specify business requirements in collaboration with marketing teams
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for UX/UI and development teams
• Manage digital projects: planning, prioritization, stakeholder coordination, execution tracking and quality assurance
• Oversee the operational management and ongoing maintenance of company websites in coordination with technical teams
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams on prioritization and requirement definition
• Provide professional guidance to webmasters and content editors, including quality and content control
• Implement HQ guidelines across local markets
• Lead SEO activities and site adjustments in collaboration with local SEO teams, aligning with content strategies
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple markets
• Conduct website and digital activity analysis, generate insights, and adjust plans to drive business value
• Prepare marketing reports and presentations for senior management
• Work with advanced project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent and fluent English – mandatory (written, spoken, and reading)
• Proven experience managing multiple digital projects, including work in a global environment
• Strong technological and business orientation, with understanding of digital processes and advanced tools
• Experience working with both direct and matrix teams
• High level of independence, organization, responsibility, and process ownership
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and emotional intelligence
• Motivation and assertiveness
• Ability to manage and organize multiple tasks using advanced project management tools
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with emerging technologies, especially AI-based tools
