Legal Analyst (Part-Time) – Law Student

A Tel Aviv–based AI startup is looking for a Law Student to join as a Part-Time Legal Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of law, technology, and entertainment within a dynamic and innovative environment.

About the Role:

As a Legal Analyst, you will be part of the company’s legal team, supporting contract drafting and review, corporate legal matters, compliance, and internal policy development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance, mitigate risks, and contribute to exciting projects in the fields of artificial intelligence and language technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts (client agreements, vendor contracts, licensing agreements, etc.).

• Provide legal support for corporate and commercial matters.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.

• Assist in developing and implementing internal company policies to ensure compliance.

• Work closely with internal teams to identify potential legal risks and recommend practical solutions.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law (3rd year or above preferred).

• Strong understanding of contract law and intellectual property rights.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
