Front-End Team Lead

We are looking for a Front-End Team Lead to lead the development and architecture of our cloud-based platforms. The role includes hands-on coding, technical leadership, and team management. You will be responsible for delivering scalable, responsive, and high-performance web interfaces, guiding the team technically and ensuring successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and architecture of the front-end platform using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of front-end engineers, including task planning, technical direction, and code quality oversight.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
• Collaborate with back-end teams to design and integrate front-end components with cloud-based microservices.
• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces, including complex dashboards, video, and real-time features.
• Implement and maintain video and map functionalities using WebRTC.
• Lead the development of AI-driven user experiences.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by planning, prioritizing, and coordinating tasks across the team.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in front-end development
• 2 years of experience in a team leadership role.
• Proven experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Strong experience building responsive and high-performance web interfaces.
• Experience with Mobile frontend applications
• Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures and microservices.
• Proven ability to lead front-end projects, manage engineering teams, and deliver complex features.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to make architectural decisions.
• Experience working with video integration and WebRTC - An advantage
