The ISMO team is looking for experienced Security Training and Assurance Manager to lead and manage our security training, awareness, audit, and drill programs. This role is critical to ensure our compliance and certification program including assure employees are aware of security and privacy practices, our processes are regularly tested, and our compliance posture remains strong.

Key Responsibilities

Training and Awareness Program

• Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security and privacy training and awareness strategy including phishing campaigns.
• Develop engaging content to promote security best practices across all divisions
• Conduct and operate regular training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to different roles and risk profiles.
• Measure effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve based on feedback and metrics.

Audit Plan

• Develop and manage the annual security audit plan in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure audits are aligned with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
• Track audit findings and oversee remediation efforts to ensure timely closure.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on audit outcomes and risk posture.

Drill Program

• Design and execute security and business continuity drills (e.g., incident response, disaster recovery, backups, etc.) to test Nebius readiness.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure realistic scenarios and effective participation.
• Analyze drill results and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for all drills conducted.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in security training, audit, or assurance roles.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are a plus.
• Strong organizational and execution skills.
