LAS Photonics Ltd is a leading global supplier of laser sources, photonic components, and optical instrumentation, serving the defense, industrial, and scientific markets.

We’re looking for a talented Sales Engineer who’s passionate about lasers, optics, and technology to join our growing team in Ra’anana.

🔹 Role Description:

• Manage and expand sales with existing strategic customers and develop new business opportunities.

• Analyze customer requirements and propose solutions from the company’s product portfolio.

• Conduct sales negotiations (pricing, contracts, and terms).

• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers abroad.

• Provide post-sale technical and commercial support.

🔹 Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Physics, or related field (focus on lasers/electro-optics/photonics).

• Previous technical sales experience in optics, lasers, or electronics – a strong advantage.

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.

• Strong negotiation skills and customer focus.

• Self-driven and independent work style.
