Role Description
We seek a highly motivated, passionate, talented R&D Scientist and IP Manager to join our journey.
The role involves conducting in-depth research of the company's core technologies and development activities, utilizing laboratory skills, ensuring and reviewing scientific literature, defining research methodologies, and managing intellectual property related to taste enhancement technology. It also promotes innovation in development and research within the company.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
- Experience in Chemistry/materials/ Food Research, development and technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and projects management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in the food industry is a plu
