Job Title: Global supply chain manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for a hands-on role leading and executing cross-functional S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes. we are looking for someone who thrives in execution, takes ownership, and drives results on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end S&OP processes, ensuring alignment between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Coordinate demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
• Analyze sales forecasts, operational data, and supply chain metrics to support business decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, address operational challenges, and implement practical solutions.
• Facilitate regular S&OP meetings, prepare dashboards and KPIs, and ensure follow-through on action items.
• Continuously improve planning processes and increase efficiency and visibility across the organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading and implementing S&OP processes in an operational or industrial environment — must.
• Strong hands-on experience – this role involves execution, problem-solving, and field work, not strategic oversight only.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence across multiple levels and departments.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Fluent in English – written and spoken.
