Job Description

As a Product Manager in the Business Communication (Inbox) team, you'll redefine how business owners engage with customers using AI-powered conversational tools. You'll work closely with developers and designers to shape the infrastructure for partner communication, while driving measurable business impact through data-driven decisions.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Redefine how business owners engage with customers using AI-powered conversational tools aimed to leverage business success
• Collaborate with developers and designers on shaping communication infrastructure with partners
• Collaborate with other product teams at Wix to identify opportunities, and deliver products to address them.
• Make product decisions based on data, market research, and user insights
• Generate measurable business impact using KPIs
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager
• Driven by user success and business impact, skilled in analyzing user needs & intents
• Auto didactic with the ability to lead projects End to end.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality Proven ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build
• Experience in communication infrastructure and AI tools - A Plus
