About the Role
Responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with investors and their representatives throughout all stages of the investment process - including documentation management, ensuring regulatory compliance and AML regulations, and monitoring of funds transfers.
Responsibilities:
- Direct communication with investors, representatives, and legal advisors.
- Preparation and distribution of investment documents via DocuSign, and assisting investors with AML/KYC forms.
- Issuing relevant confirmations (deposits, holdings, etc.).
- Managing and updating shareholders’ data.
- Collaborating with internal departments and working with systems such as Dynamics, Monday, and DocuSign.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree – required.
- Proficiency in Excel – required.
- High-level English (spoken, written, and reading) – required.
Personal skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong service orientation.
- High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
