Department: Information Systems

Reports to: Project Manager, Operational Excellence

As part of the Operational Excellence team

What You’ll Do:

Train and support employees in effectively using AI tools

Identify organizational processes that can be improved through AI

Create simple and clear materials: guides, presentations, exercises

Explore and test new tools, provide feedback, and suggest improvements

Work closely with departments across the organization – from HR to Marketing

Help make AI accessible and approachable for everyone

Who You Are:

A great communicator – people feel comfortable asking you questions - Must

Genuinely curious about AI and emerging technologies - Must

A quick learner who enjoys experimenting with new tools - Must

Organized, responsible, and able to manage small projects independently - Must

Proficient in Hebrew and comfortable with basic technical English - Must

Experience with Office, Google Workspace, or AI tools - Must
