A successful and well-established investment house is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its dynamic Talent Acquisition team.
This is a key position within the HR department, responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment processes for senior and executive roles across the group’s subsidiaries. The role involves close collaboration with top management (CEOs, VPs) and direct influence on the company’s strategic hiring decisions.
You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles – from finance, legal, and investment positions to management and technology – while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive positions.
- Partner strategically with senior executives and hiring managers to define and execute recruitment strategies.
- Lead proactive sourcing and market mapping initiatives, primarily via LinkedIn.
- Conduct in-depth, face-to-face interviews and assess both professional and cultural fit.
- Guide and support candidates personally throughout the hiring process, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
This is a Full-time position, hybrid model (1 day per week remote), with offices located in Tel Aviv.

What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
- 3–6 years of proven end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Experience in a corporate environment is highly valued, but candidates coming from recruitment agencies who have worked on executive roles and directly with senior managers are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in conducting face-to-face interviews and partnering with senior leadership.
- Independence, initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
