The Role

We're looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in our day-to-day operations and player engagement strategies. This position is essential to maintaining our live operations, managing player segmentation, and ensuring smooth execution of our CRM and monetization initiatives.

You'll be working in a hands-on operational role that requires meticulous attention to detail, creative problem-solving within system constraints, and the ability to perform under pressure. What You'll Do

• Execute and manage live operations campaigns, events, and player segmentation strategies
• Monitor and optimize CRM flows, ensuring accurate targeting and timely delivery
• Maintain quality assurance across all operational processes, catching issues before they impact players
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to implement new features and improvements
• Identify operational gaps and proactively suggest process improvements and tool requirements
• Analyze campaign performance and player behavior to inform future operational decisions
• Work within existing platform limitations to find creative solutions that maximize results

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, CRM, or related operational roles
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks without errors
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking within constraints
• Self-motivated with ownership mentality - you don't wait to be told what needs to be done
• Excellent organizational skills and systematic approach to work
• Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Comfortable with flexible work hours when operational needs require it

Advantages

• Experience in mobile gaming industry or F2P business models
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
• SQL knowledge for querying databases
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Python or other programming/scripting experience
• Understanding of player lifecycle management and segmentation strategies
