Join a company developing and selling energy measurement and analysis systems including meters, Power quality analyzers and fault analyzers for industrial/commercial customers in more than 80 countries throughout five continents.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading the R&D validation and verification team across both automated and manual testing in Israel and abroad.

• Hire, lead, mentor, and grow QA engineers

• Define and implement overall QA test strategy for multidisciplinary products

• Perform full functional tests of SATEC devices

• Analyze results and report issues

• Build setups including power wiring and communication interfaces

Requirements

10+ years in QA/Quality Engineering with strong manual and automation experience

3+ years leading QA teams (people management, hiring, coaching, delivery ownership)

Previous experience in testing and qualifying multidisciplinary products

Understanding electricity and electrical energy basics is an advantage

Practical knowledge of communication protocols– TCP/IP, Modbus, (more protocols – advantage)

Ethernet, Serial communications - hands-on experience

Jira, TestRail or other Quality Management Systems - hands-on experience
