Job Title: Lead PCB Designer (Equity Partner)

About the Role:

We’re building a cutting-edge AI-enabled hardware product and are looking for a highly skilled PCB designer to join as an equity partner. This is a hands-on, founder-level role where your expertise will directly shape the product from prototype to production.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and optimize PCBs for complex hardware systems
• Collaborate on multi-layer layouts, signal integrity, and component selection
• Work closely with embedded engineers to ensure seamless hardware integration
• Take ownership of hardware prototyping and production readiness

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in PCB design and hardware prototyping
• Strong knowledge of layout, routing, and best practices for high-performance boards
• Passion for building innovative hardware products from the ground up
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to drive designs from concept to production
