Frontend Team Lead

A startup in the CRM space, founded with the vision of helping small business owners build businesses they can be proud of by managing customers, time, and budgets efficiently through intuitive technology.

Beyond offering a wide range of management tools such as appointment scheduling, payment tracking, customer management, and marketing automation, the company drives digital transformation even in industries and sectors where digital tools are less common, providing a user-friendly and personalized platform.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, offers a hybrid work model with two days from home, and employs 200 people across offices in Israel and the U.S.

The role involves 40% hands-on work, managing a team of four developers, reporting to the Director, with experience in frontend infrastructure and familiarity with Vue (prior Vue experience is not required).

Requirements-

• 4 years of hands-on experience as a team leader, leading a web-based product development
• 5+ years of a proven hands-on experience with both Vue Angular (React optional)
• Strong ability to take a business challenge, transform it into a plan and lead execution
• Strong people skills and driven to succeed
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science - Advantage
