Team Leader, Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering

We are hiring a Team Leader for Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering to join our advanced technology team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for the architecture, implementation, and leadership of our core Identity and Access infrastructure.

• Lead a technical team focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Design and plan the underlying infrastructure architecture for the systems owned by the team.
• Guide and support development teams on security and identity management best practices.
• Execute IAM projects and infrastructure deployments, including ongoing maintenance and load testing.
• Develop complex PowerShell scripts for infrastructure needs.
• Handle troubleshooting and coordinate seamless environment transfers to production.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a graduate of elite military technological units/advanced courses – Required.
• Proven experience in the Identity & Access domain (IAM) – Required.
• Proven experience leading a technical team – Required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft infrastructure, including Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
• Expertise in developing complex scripts using PowerShell – Required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online) – Advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra / External ID / Auth0 – Significant Advantage.
• Knowledge of Exchange On-Prem / Online systems.
• Familiarity with additional scripting languages like Python – Advantage.
• Familiarity with Windows Servers, SQL Server, and IIS.
