Role Description:

An exciting strategic position for a Project Manager responsible for overseeing, controlling, and leading technology and information systems projects, including full ownership of Monday, Eskali, and Priority systems.

The role involves managing cross-organizational IT projects, working with international stakeholders, technical documentation, process analysis, and applying modern methodologies in information systems management.

You will collaborate closely with development, IT, and executive teams, requiring a strong combination of technical understanding, project leadership, and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in Information Systems / Digital – required.
• Hands-on experience with Priority ERP – required.
• Strong expertise with Monday.com – required.
• Proven experience writing technical documents (SRS / BRD / FRD).
• Excellent command of English – written and spoken.
• Relevant academic degree – advantage.
• Previous experience in a large organization or integration company – advantage.

Role Definition:

Lead and manage cross-organizational projects in information systems and digital transformation, bridging business needs with technological execution.

Full responsibility for project timelines, budgets, task prioritization, and communication with stakeholders in Israel and abroad.

Drive system integrations between Priority, Monday, and Eskali, coordinating with development and IT teams to ensure project success.

Initiate continuous improvement in workflows and optimize organizational use of information systems.
