Business Requirements Analyst (23800)

Job Description:

• Analyze business needs and requirements from the department’s clients.
• Define how requirements will be implemented in both existing and new systems.
• Write detailed specifications and requirements documents.
• Lead implementation processes and provide full support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree from a recognized institution, or technological education (technician / practical engineer / graduate of a technological unit such as Mamram).
• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Requirements Analyst.
• Experience working with development teams and programmers.
• Experience working according to specification methodologies such as MAFAT/MAPATACH.
• Proven experience working with business clients to define requirements.
• Experience in large organizations and complex, multi-interface projects.
• Experience as a business lead representing the client side in defining requirements.
• Background in Big Data requirements analysis.
• Proven experience working with the IDF or the Ministry of Defense.
