We are seeking a talented individual to lead Service PMO – Service Note Manager, EMEA Billing, and PMO of Customer Success Program for a technological company.
Responsibilities:
· Ownership of Service Note Management: End-to-end responsibility including forecasting, planning, availability, implementation, and monitoring.
· PMO of Customer Success Program: Project management, planning, and implementation using the LPPD method.
· Service Billing: EMEA owner.
· Leading Analysis of Projects & Tasks.
Requirements:
· Industrial and Management Engineering degree.
· At least 1 year of experience as a PMO.
· High proficiency in data analysis and dashboard development tools, with experience in Tableau.
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· A team player with the ability to drive action without direct authority.
· Ability to convey a clear message to an audience at different managerial levels.
· Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent proficiency in English – verbal and written.
