Credit Risk Manager

We’re looking for an experienced finance professional to lead and manage the group’s debt and credit portfolios in Israel and abroad. This is an hands on key role in optimizing financing costs and driving financial efficiency across the organization.

In this role, you will:

• Manage customer credit, factoring, and export financing (on/off balance sheet)
• Oversee credit lines and both bank and non-bank debt
• Act as the company’s financial and banking expert, including foreign trade, credit exposure, and financial instruments
• Manage hedging of interest rate and index exposures
• Work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Business Administration
• Master’s degree – an advantage
• 8+ years of experience in customer financing and credit within large international companies and/or in export finance and factoring at bank headquarters - must
• Leadership and influencing skills; managerial experience - an advantage
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Excellent English - must; another foreign language - advantage
