Job Description
We are looking for a Partnership Strategy & GTM Lead to join our Partnerships, Alliances & Business Development team.
In this role, you will help shape PointFive’s global partner and go-to-market strategy - working directly with senior leadership to identify new partnership opportunities, design scalable programs, and drive initiatives that fuel growth across cloud and SaaS ecosystems.
This is a rare opportunity to blend analytical rigor with go-to-market hustle: researching new markets, structuring partnership models, and supporting initiatives that accelerate channel growth and expansion.

Required:
2-3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or business development (experience at top consulting firms a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clarity and structure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven and proactive; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strategic thinker who enjoys translating ideas into action.
Preferred (nice-to-have):
Experience working with cloud providers or SaaS ecosystems.
Exposure to go-to-market or channel development roles.
Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and market analysis.
Strategic Growth Projects
Identify, analyze, and prioritize high-value partnership opportunities across technology partners, regional resellers, and niche GTM channels.
Conduct market scans, build business cases, and structure partnership models that support international expansion.
Design and operationalize scalable partner programs and processes that evolve with the company’s growth.
Outbound Engagement & Campaigns
Originate net-new partnerships by executing outreach campaigns, nurturing relationships, and booking meetings with prospective partners.
Support engagement with hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and emerging cloud and SaaS vendors to develop joint opportunities.
Coordinate follow-ups, meeting preparation, and early-stage partner qualification.
Program Enablement & Operations
Help operationalize partner onboarding, communications, and reporting workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to support joint initiatives.
Maintain visibility into partner performance and contribute to insights that drive decision-making.
