Job Description:

• Lead a team of SAP trainers as part of a strategic company project, responsible for user readiness and go-live processes across multiple sites, as well as maintaining user knowledge after go-live.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs – from building a course catalog to designing business process training prior to system training.
• Manage the SAP training team and oversee user readiness during go-live.
• Lead training and implementation initiatives as part of the User Readiness Program.
• Develop Business Process Training that serves as a preparatory stage before system training.
• Coordinate training methodology and content with business process owners and implementation teams.
• Develop training materials and tools – presentations, user guides, and workshops.
• Manage and monitor training effectiveness: establish KPIs, collect feedback, and implement improvement plans.
• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees at Tnuva’s various sites throughout training, implementation, and go-live phases.
• Lead consistent work and implementation routines across all sites.
• The role requires travel across Israel and includes a company car.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields: Social Sciences / Education / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems
• Proven experience in SAP training or implementation – mandatory
• Previous managerial experience – strong advantage
• Ability to lead a professional team, mentor, and develop trainers
• Experience in content development – significant advantage
• Strong organizational perspective and understanding of change management processes
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital training tools
• Good command of English
