The ISMO team is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Program Coordinator to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our compliance framework. This role is essential to ensure Nebius meets regulatory requirements, maintains certifications, and is fully prepared for external audits.

Key Responsibilities

Certifications and Standards Maintenance

• Certifications and Standards Maintenance
• Oversee the lifecycle of compliance certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
• Ensure continuous alignment with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to maintain certifications.
• Monitor changes in compliance standards and update internal policies accordingly.

Controls Maintenance

• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of security and compliance controls.
• Ensure controls are effectively implemented, documented, and regularly reviewed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess control effectiveness and identify gaps.
• Support risk assessments and remediation planning.

Evidence Gathering for External Audits

• Lead the preparation and collection of audit evidence for external assessments.
• Maintain organized and accessible documentation to support audit readiness.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate evidence submission.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Strong organizational and execution skills.
• Proven experience in compliance, audit, or risk management roles.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) are a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable tasks.
• Experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
