The SolarEdge logistics team is responsible for the global distribution and storage of SolarEdge products. The team handles a high volume of deliveries from multiple suppliers to multiple destinations worldwide while ensuring goods are delivered on time and at a competitive cost. The team continuously strives to improve customer satisfaction, processes, prices, and transit time.

We are looking for a results-driven 3PL coordinator to oversee a third-party logistics (3PL) operation, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and compliance standards are consistently met.

Job Description

• Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance against defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure 3PL compliance with contractual obligations, SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform inventory transactions in the ERP system
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, customer service, inventory) to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on 3PL activities.
• Measure KPI, set & measure improvement targets
• Align Vendors & Contractor Manufacturing compliance with the 3PL procedures & local regulations
  
  

• Industrial Engineering / Economic degree
• Import / Export experience will be an advantage
• Data-oriented, high analytics capabilities
• Proficient in Office, with a strong focus on Excel tools.
• Ability to cope & maintain a wide range of data.
• Thorough, Accurate
• High level of English
• Familiarity with ERP systems - an advantage to experience with Oracle
