The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Co-Founder / VP Sales — a driven, entrepreneurial leader who can take an innovative product from concept to market, build relationships with financial institutions, and lead our global growth strategy.

You’ll be joining as a core founding partner, helping shape both the business model and the long-term vision.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all go-to-market and sales strategy from zero to scale.
• Build strategic partnerships with fintechs, brokers, and institutional players.
• Drive business development and client acquisition globally.
• Work side-by-side with the founding team to define product-market fit and commercialization roadmap.
• Represent the company in global events, investors meetings, and strategic collaborations.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years in senior sales, BD, or leadership roles within fintech, trading, or capital markets.
• Deep understanding of market structure, trading systems, and investment technologies.
• Strong network and credibility within the financial ecosystem.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like a founder, not an employee.
• Passion for innovation, AI, and the future of finance.
