A successful and stable AdTech startup developing digital platforms for mobile app marketing based on Big Data, with advanced capabilities for data analysis and processing.
The platform is integrated into over 700,000 apps worldwide, reaching around one billion users monthly.
Located in central Israel (near a train line), the company operates a hybrid model with two days from home and employs 100 people globally, including 65 in Israel.
The role-
- Part of a team of five Data Scientists with full responsibility for MLE tasks, developing and leading Machine Learning models to production in a Big Data environment handling billions of events per day while meeting latency targets.
- Responsible for end-to-end processes (E2E), real-time prediction, integration with infrastructure services and complex data pipelines, and close collaboration with Product, Business, Finance, Marketing, and R&D teams.
- Opportunity to influence technical decisions, drive innovation, and see immediate results from the implementation of solutions in the product.
- Key technologies and focus areas: Python, Machine Learning, Real-Time, Big Data, Production Systems, Low Latency, Prediction, Infra Services, Mobile Marketing, AdTech, Analytics.
Requirements-
- 6 years of experience in algorithm development – must (minimum 2 cycles/tenures)
- Experience in classical Machine Learning – must
- Experience with Big Data – must
- Experience with low-latency and real-time systems – must
- Experience working in production environments – must
- Python development experience – must
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – must
- Graduates from elite technological units directly from the military – advantage
