Smart and Simple Solutions leads products from the early specification stages through board design, hardware debugging, software integration, proof of design testing, production support, and customer support. We focus on Project Management End2End, providing hands-on support and use as Proof of Concept (POC). We have extensive knowledge of production processes, managing the full product cycle from the establishment of the PCB to the operation of the system, testing, and engineering changes.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Yoqneam Illit for a Product Development Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for leading products from the early specification stages through board design, hardware debugging, software integration, proof of design testing, and production support. Duties include hands-on project management, production process oversight, and providing customer support throughout the full product cycle.

• Experience as Product Specialists and strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales experience and the ability to manage client relationships
• Proven track record in project management and product development
• Ability to work on-site in Yoqneam Illit
• Technical knowledge related to board design, hardware debugging, and software integration
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Experience in managing the full product cycle from PCB establishment to system operation
• Hands-on experience with testing and implementing engineering changes
