Full Stack Tech Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of our core product from the ground up.
• Make key architectural decisions and establish best scalability, reliability, and performance practices.
• Collaborate closely with the founders on product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Help us build the team and craft a magical culture.
• Over time, your role may evolve in various ways, depending on your aspirations and the company's changing needs. From field engineering to management roles, you’re going to grow with us.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong expertise in modern development.
• Proven ability to design, build, and ship production-ready applications.
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, ideally in startups or small teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to trade-offs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A builder’s mindset, with a passion for creating products that customers love.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices.
